Last updated: June 27, 2026

At-a-glance summary

This policy explains AIAdKing's data collection, data use, data storage, data protection, data sharing, and data deletion practices for our SaaS platform for Amazon sellers. We comply with Amazon's Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy, GDPR (EU/UK) and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.2+) and at rest (AES-256). PII obtained via the official Amazon API is retained no more than 30 days after order fulfilment. We never sell personal data. You can request deletion at any time at privacy@aiadking.com.

1. Who we are

AIAdKing ("AIAdKing", "we", "us", "our") operates a SaaS platform purpose-built for Amazon sellers, integrated with Amazon via the official Amazon API — the Amazon seller API and the Amazon Advertising API. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use aiadking.com and our SaaS products.

Contact: privacy@aiadking.com.

2. Information we collect

2.1 Information you give us

  • Account information: name, email, company, role, hashed password.
  • Billing information (when paid plans launch): processed by our payment processor; we store only the last four digits and brand.
  • Support communications.

2.2 Information from marketplaces (via official APIs)

When you authorise AIAdKing to connect to Amazon Seller Central via the official Amazon API, we access only the data necessary to deliver the features you enable:

  • Seller account profile (merchant ID, marketplace IDs, store name).
  • Listings, catalogue, pricing and inventory data.
  • Orders, shipments, returns and refunds (which may include Buyer PII).
  • Financial events, settlement reports, fees.
  • Advertising data (when you authorise the Amazon Advertising API).

2.3 Information we collect automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser, pages visited, timestamps.
  • Cookies and similar technologies — see Section 8.

3. How we use information

  • To provide, operate and improve the Service.
  • To authenticate you and secure your account.
  • To synchronise listings, orders, inventory and ads on your behalf.
  • To send transactional emails (account, security, billing).
  • To comply with legal obligations.

We never use Buyer PII received from the official Amazon API for marketing, profiling or sale to third parties. Buyer PII is used solely to enable order fulfilment, customer service and compliance with applicable law, in accordance with the Amazon Acceptable Use Policy and Data Protection Policy.

We process personal data on the bases of (a) performance of a contract with you, (b) your consent (where required), (c) our legitimate interests in operating and improving the Service, and (d) compliance with legal obligations. For sellers in India, processing complies with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

5. Sharing and disclosure

  • Sub-processors strictly necessary to operate the Service (cloud hosting, transactional email, error monitoring) under contractual confidentiality and data-protection obligations.
  • Marketplaces (e.g. Amazon) when we send data back on your behalf.
  • Legal authorities when required by valid legal process.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, under equivalent protections.

We do not sell personal data.

6. Retention

We retain account data for the life of your account. Buyer PII obtained via the official Amazon API is retained for no longer than 30 days after order fulfilment, except where a longer period is required by tax, accounting or legal obligations. On account closure or written request, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days.

7. Security

See our full Security page. In summary: TLS 1.2+ in transit, AES-256 at rest, encrypted token storage, MFA on all internal access, least-privilege access controls, audit logging, written incident response plan.

8. Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies for authentication and CSRF protection, and where applicable, privacy-preserving analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to data portability. To exercise these rights, email privacy@aiadking.com. We respond within 30 days.

10. International transfers

Data may be processed in regions where our sub-processors operate. We use appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent) for cross-border transfers.

11. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

12. Changes

We will post any changes here and, for material changes, notify registered users by email at least 14 days in advance.
