Start with a 14-day free trial — no card required. Cancel any time in one click from your panel; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for and we never bill you again. We bill in INR via Razorpay and internationally via Stripe.
This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains how billing, cancellation and refunds work for AIAdKing ("AIAdKing", "we", "us"). It applies to all paid AIAdKing subscriptions, whether billed in Indian Rupees through Razorpay or in other currencies through Stripe.
1. Free trial
Every new account starts with a 14-day free trial, with no card required. You can explore the full product during the trial. If you decide AIAdKing is not for you, simply do not subscribe — you will be charged ₹0. We only begin billing once you choose a paid plan and the trial period ends.
2. Plans and pricing
AIAdKing is offered on two cycles:
- Monthly — ₹2,499 per month.
- Annual — ₹27,999 per year (a lower effective monthly rate).
There is no long-term contract and no commission on your ad spend. Current prices are always shown on our pricing page.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time, in one click, from inside the AIAdKing panel — there is no contract, no minimum term and no need to email or call us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period.
4. What happens when you cancel
- You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- No further charges are taken after that period — your subscription does not renew.
- Your data is retained and deleted in line with our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion at any time.
5. Monthly plan refunds
The monthly plan is non-refundable for the current billing period. Because you can cancel in one click at any time, cancelling immediately stops every future charge while letting you use AIAdKing for the remainder of the month you have already paid for. We do not provide refunds for unused days of a monthly period.
6. Annual plan refunds
If you are on the annual plan and are not satisfied, please contact billing@aiadking.com within 14 days of the annual charge. We will arrange a pro-rated or goodwill refund at our reasonable discretion, taking into account the time you have used the service. After the first 14 days, the annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel to ensure the plan does not renew for the following year.
7. No refunds for partial months
We bill for whole billing periods. We do not issue refunds or credits for partial months, for periods where the account was simply unused, or for downgrades made mid-period.
8. How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are always issued to the original payment method through the same provider used for the charge:
- Razorpay (India) — refunds typically reach your card or bank account within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
- Stripe (international) — refunds typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer.
We process approved refunds promptly on our side; the final time to appear depends on your bank or card network.
9. Chargebacks
If you believe you have been charged in error, please contact us first at billing@aiadking.com — we will almost always resolve it faster than a bank dispute. Raising a chargeback without contacting us may result in the affected account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here and, where they affect active subscribers, communicated by email in advance.
